Role Overview
We’re on the lookout for a Frontend Software Engineer who loves building clean, fast, and beautiful interfaces. You’ll work across our platform and client projects, but your sweet spot will be turning designs and ideas into slick, intuitive interfaces that scale.
If you enjoy solving tricky technical puzzles, care about the details of user experience, and like shipping things that make people’s lives easier — you’ll fit right in.
What you'll be doing
- Bring features to life
- Build and polish client-facing web apps in React/Next.js.
- Jump into mobile with React Native when needed.
- Turn product requirements into something customers actually enjoy using.
- Play across the stack
- Dig into Node.js/TypeScript backends to hook up APIs and deliver new functionality.
- Collaborate with backend-focused colleagues to define a shared vision for delivering changes.
- Keep it clean
- Write code that’s maintainable, testable, and readable (future you will thank you).
- Review PRs, share feedback, and champion best practices.
- Team up & ship
- Collaborate in sprints, stand-ups, and retros.
- Pair up with Engineering Leads, PMs, and designers to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Make it better
- Suggest improvements, squash bugs, and contribute to performance tuning.
- Stay curious about new tools and frameworks, and bring ideas back to the team.
Our Stack
- Frontend: React, Next.js, React Native
- Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, TypeORM
- Infra: AWS (Lambda, SQS, API Gateway, RDS, CDK)
What we’re looking for (Section A)
- Solid experience with React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Comfortable working across the stack, but happiest on the front end.
- Strong eye for clean code and UI/UX details.
- Great at collaborating in an agile team and not afraid to ask questions or share ideas.
- Curious, proactive, and motivated to keep learning.
Bonus points if you have (Section B)
- React Native under your belt.
- Experience with AWS and serverless architecture.
- Worked in loyalty, CRM, or engagement tech before.
- Startup or SaaS experience (we move fast, and you’ll love it).
